Do I pay Solicitor Fees?
There are no fees to pay up front but if you win your case some legal costs are deductable from your compensation upon settlement of your claim
You have a 14 day cooling-off period, the Solicitor firm can terminate or cancel your contract after the 14 day cooling-off period and apply a charge, some examples of this are:
- if you fail to co-operate or communicate with the Solicitors
- if you decide to change Solicitors firm
- if you fail to attend a medical appointment or court hearing
- provide any misleading information
